Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Reservation Methods Tidying sessions are available by reservation only. Currently, we accept reservations through the following methods: ・Website ・Phone ・Direct Message ・Cancellation Period Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Please contact us by phone, email for cancellations. If you cancel the day before or on the day of your appointment, a cancellation fee will be charged as per the following rules. Cancellation Fees ・For cancellations made the day before the appointment, a fee of 30% of the reserved service fee will be charged. ・For cancellations made on the day of the appointment, a fee of 50% of the reserved service fee will be charged. No-Show Cancellations If you do not contact us and fail to show up for your appointment, 100% of the reserved service fee will be charged. Lesson Cancellation Due to Infectious Disease Precautions If, on the day of the lesson, you have a fever of 100°F or higher, which is the threshold for infectious disease precautions, we may need to cancel the lesson. In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged. Additionally, if the consultant determines that the lesson needs to be interrupted due to uncontrollable coughing or other health concerns, the fee will be calculated based on the time spent until the interruption. Please understand that these measures are in place to protect both the customer and the consultant from infectious diseases.
